This November, ISBE invited three Northwestern alumni back to campus to share their work experiences after graduating. The panel featuring Carmen Del Valle, Erin Ailworth, and Ibraheem Alinur discussed how their diverse backgrounds affected the way they navigated through their careers. Over 100 attendees filled the room, engaging with the panel by asking meaningful questions and further networking afterwards.

Over 100 attendees gathered to listen in on a virtual panel featuring Tanjia Coleman, Karla Mendez, and Purwa Bansod, who spoke on the systemic oppression and exclusion rooted in the present business world and discussed how students can be prepared to enter the workplace to dismantle these systems.
